Online and guided meditations and walks
The Treecreative online and guided meditative walkshops are aimed at developing mindfulness practice, connection to place and embodied practice, improving health, wellbeing and heal our relationship to the more-than-human world we are a part of. We have worked in Norway, the UK, Europe, New Zealand and Australia with community groups of all ages and abilities.

Creating space for change
We are passionate about weaving together the diversity of knowledge and disciplines to mutually empower and create positive social and ecological change in our communities. Treecreate does this through a range of in-person and online programs which thread knowledge, culture and place together.
Past programs
Weaving Water @ Yarun
Weaving Water @ Yarun was an onsite and virtual program presented 27 November to 8 December 2023. The overall program was framed by acknowledging First Nations peoples and their deep understanding and relationship to place.
The aim of this ArtSci project was to create a space to explore Yarun (Bribie Island) and its environment, history and community. The objective of the project is to build connections between the local creative and environmentally focused community organisations with artists and scientists that are internationally recognised for their work.

Meeting of the Waters: Locative Media Oceania
Meeting of the Waters: Locative Media Oceania (LMO) was an online program, presented 18
September to 4 October 2021.
LMO explored the themes of water, climate change, deep time and cultural knowledge through creativity in a virtual education setting. The 2.5 week course engaged participants from around the world to develop location based artworks in relation to the Oceania region.

LMO was a collaboration between Supercluster (Geert Vermiere and Fred Adam) and Treecreate (Tracey Benson), hosted and funded by the Centre for Applied Water Science, University of Canberra. A partnership with PhotoAccess and the Australian Water Partnership.
